Single points of contact

In accordance with the requirements of the Digital Services Act, we have designated contact points for direct communication with us by electronic means:

• for Member States’ authorities, the European Commission, and the Digital Services Board (in accordance with Article 11 of the Digital Services Act) at the following email address: dsa@justsend.pl
• for service recipients (in accordance with Article 12 of the Digital Services Act) at the following email address: dsa@justsend.pl

Single points of contact have been designated exclusively for the purposes of applying the Digital Services Act and are not intended for submitting complaints about services provided within Justsend service.

Communication is conducted in Polish and English.

Jednotné kontaktné miesta

V súlade s požiadavkami zákona o digitálnych službách sme určili kontaktné miesta, ktoré s nami umožňujú priamu elektronickú komunikáciu:

• pre orgány členských štátov, Európsku komisiu a Radu pre digitálne služby (podľa článku 11 zákona o digitálnych službách) na e-mailovej adrese: dsa@justsend.pl
• pre príjemcov služieb (podľa článku 12 zákona o digitálnych službách) na e-mailovej adrese: dsa@justsend.pl

Jednotné kontaktné miesta boli určené výlučne na účely uplatňovania zákona o digitálnych službách a neslúžia na podávanie sťažností týkajúcich sa služieb poskytovaných prostredníctvom služby Justsend.

Komunikácia prebieha v slovenčine a angličtine.

In accordance with art. 15 of the Digital Services Act, we publish transparency reports on content moderation.

Due to the fact that the service justsend.sk has been operating since October 2025, the first transparency report regarding justsned.sk will published after October 2026.
